ORGANIC THINKING EVOLUTION – Textured Silver Ring in Argentium 940

With ORGANIC THINKING EVOLUTION, I wanted to take the idea behind Origins further. The starting point remained the same: exploring silver as wearable sculpture, inspired by Picasso’s Cubist vision to see one form from several perspectives.

This textured silver ring develops that idea through more pronounced organic surfaces. Light catches the raised details while shadows settle into the recesses, revealing different aspects of the design as you move.

From Origins to Evolution

Origins was my first expression of this approach: treating metalwork like drawing and allowing forms to emerge through curiosity.

Evolution explores what happens when those forms become more complex. The textures deepen and the contrasts grow stronger, suggesting living matter caught in a moment of transformation.

The two rings share a creative starting point, but each has its own character. Origins expresses the initial idea; Evolution gives it a richer, more dramatic surface.
